1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BackOffice at backofficeagents.io, operated by Costa Spirits LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

BackOffice is an AI-powered administrative platform that provides automated employees to handle documents, email management, research, and business operations. Access is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
  • One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed

4. Subscription and Billing

  • All new accounts begin with a 7-day free trial
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Usage limits apply based on your selected plan tier

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
  • Use the AI employees to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. We retain ownership of the BackOffice platform, its design, code, and branding. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use under your subscription but carry no guarantee of originality or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

BackOffice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Costa Spirits LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
