Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
All new BackOffice accounts include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to the platform with limited usage caps. No payment is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be restricted to read-only access.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
- After cancellation, your account reverts to restricted access
3. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. If you subscribed and the service isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a complete refund.
- Service outages: If the platform experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us and we will issue a full correction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Partial month usage after the 7-day refund window
- Unused usage quota within a billing period
- Account suspension due to terms of service violations
- Downgrade from a higher tier (prorated credit will be applied to future billing)

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
